Yesterday Solange and long time partner Alan Ferguson tied the knot in New Orleans! It was very unique wedding, nothing like I’v ever seen before. The wedding was very unconventional instead of the traditional wedding dress or grand luxury car arrival, they were swapped for a Stephan Rolland ivory jumpsuit and the bride and groom cycling on white bikes to the ceremony. It very much represented the couple and I admire the way  it was not tainted or diluted by what was expected of them! Check out pics below from the fabulous white wedding.

Meet Mr & Mrs Ferguson. Solange 28 and Alan 51 tied the knot in New Orleans! It came as no surprise that the wedding was held in New Orleans, the couple both love and reside in NOLA.

What did come as a surprise was the all white dress code and how eclectic it looked with the New Orleans traditional backdrop! Amazing! This particular shot belongs in Vogue! Truly!

Solanges wedding dress was by Kenzo. Epic! A cape dress, so somehow you still get the train on the end of the dress. Such a beautiful twist I  think.

I’m so inspired by this! I love the jumpsuit, its sexy and so Solange. I love the afro and red lips! Hows that for bridal make up?! I sense some humbling with the bicycles, such a pretty touch!

Beyonce and Jay Z stylishly stuck to the dress code. It’s hard for Beyonce not to stand out or over shadow people. But I don’t think she stole the limelight on this occasion, not that she doesn’t look stunning cos she does. Her body in that dress!!! I don’t know how she did it, but she gracefully blended in and didn’t steal the limelight.

Such a sexy wife and mother! Takes a bold woman to opt for such a tight figure hugging dress at a wedding… that is not hers! lol

Mama Knowles! Such a diva! She looked beautiful!

Solanges son looked too cute! I love he’s all white ensemble the most!

The wedding celebration featured street parades! Looks like a lot of fun, I love this vibe! And yes that’s another cleavage baring jumpsuit on Solange!

Congrats to the beautiful couple!
