REALITY STAR STYLE: NENE LEAKES

She first exploded on our screens as a real housewife of Atlanta. She still is and is still very much on our screens having landed her own reality show and making a successful crossover to acting! Reasons why I think Nene is a star; her outspoken personality and unique ways and of course her STYLE! Nene has a lot of style! Its sometimes simple but always glamorous, very neat and very her! You won’t see Nene following trends so often,her style is very rigid, but that’s not a bad thing at all, I explain what I mean below!

 

We all do black, Nene I think does black very very well! She’s always very neat and modest with her black dresses, nothing too short. And she’ll compliment her black dress with some pretty shoes and a cute clutch! Classy.

 

Nene is in to her black and whites too. Basic? Yes, but so much you can do with the colour (or lack of colour) combo and few ways you can go wrong! Just ask Nene.

Black and white on the red carpet too! She makes it work. Which is why I say she’s so rigid with her style. She knows what she likes and what works for her, she’ll incorporate this what ever the occasion! What I love about her most!

 

But don’t get it twisted! Nene is no stranger to colour! Infact you’ll find her in some of the boldest! In Nene’s busy schedule there is a time and a place for colour lol

Bold colours look great on her too! I always say it takes a bold person to look good in bold colours, right? Nene is super bold lol!

Prints look yummy on Nene too! I’m convinced it has a lot to do with her hair! Nene’s decision to go short and blonde has to be one of the best decisions ever! Its a perfect canvas for a variety of looks!

 

Bag feen too! Nene loves her a big designer bag! She is the reason I love the grey Hermes Birkin bag so so much! The colour is so practical!

 

Grey looks great on everything! A lot you can do with this colour. Nene knows…

Think another reason why people love Nene so much; is that she’s relateable. Ain’t nobody got time for heels everyday, paparazzi or not LMAO!

Her wedding for me goes down as one of the most glamorous. Rightly so, as she is a very glamorous women, everything from her dress to the decor reflected that. Got my eye on Nene and her style!
